Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate ContentFurnace:

• Twilio for SMS messaging
• Anthropic (Claude) for AI-powered content creation
• Vercel for website hosting

These providers process data only as needed to deliver our service and are bound by their own privacy policies.

SMS Communications

Customer care messages: When you provide your phone number and click "Get Started," you consent to receive text messages from ContentFurnace for account onboarding and content delivery (customer care). These messages include onboarding questions, topic selection, content delivery notifications, and account-related updates.

Marketing messages: If you check the optional marketing consent checkbox on our website, you also consent to receive marketing messages, content tips, and product updates from ContentFurnace. Marketing consent is optional and not required to use the service.

Message frequency: a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@contentfurnace.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to provide our service and, if you opt in, to send marketing communications from ContentFurnace. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Your content profile, conversation history, and produced content are stored securely. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
